You Don't Need to Learn AI. You Need Someone Who Already Has.

Every week there’s a new “AI for small business” course, a new prompt cheat sheet, a new tool promising to make you an AI power user by Friday. If you run a business and don’t have time to read one more newsletter about it, you’re not behind. You’re just busy running an actual business.

The myth: you have to learn this yourself

Somewhere along the way, “using AI” got tangled up with “becoming technical.” As if the only way to benefit is to personally learn prompt engineering, compare five platforms, and keep up with a field that changes every month, on top of everything else you’re already doing.

You don’t hire an electrician and then take an electrical course so you can supervise them. You hire someone who already knows the trade.

The reality: this is exactly what a specialist is for

The actual work isn’t learning AI. It’s figuring out where it fits in your specific business, and someone building that around you:

  • An audit of where time is actually being lost in your day-to-day
  • A plain answer on whether AI helps here or is a waste of money
  • Something built and running, not a tutorial you have to implement yourself

That’s the job. Not teaching you to fish, handing you the fish, built for your specific pond.

Why I hold this to a higher bar

I spent over a decade building systems where “I think this works” wasn’t good enough. I bring that same standard to figuring out what a business actually needs versus what’s just trendy. Sometimes the answer is “you don’t need AI for this yet,” and I’ll tell you that too.

If the idea of AI for your business feels like homework, you’re thinking about it wrong. It should feel like hiring help.

Start a conversation: bring me the parts of your business that feel behind, and I’ll tell you straight what’s worth building.
